- What an engagement looks like
- A gap assessment that maps every control to the artifact that proves it, or to the gap where the artifact should be. A remediation program ranked by risk and effort. Each fix verified on the device and filed, so the evidence grows as the findings close.

- A control-to-evidence matrix your examiner can open, closed findings backed by before-and-after output, and a binder that exists before anyone asks for it.

- Design and build on Fortinet: firewalls, segmentation that matches how the business actually runs, routing that fails over the way the diagram says it does, and a SIEM someone actually reads. Cutovers planned, executed, and verified without dropping the business.

- A documented topology, device configurations captured before and after every change, and an evidence file showing the network does what we said it does.

Custom AI systems, built and verified
AI-powered software that runs on hardware you own. Every system ships with tests that prove it works, and nothing leaves your building unless you decide it does.
- Who it's for
- Organizations that want what AI can do but answer to examiners for where the data goes: member records, CUI, operational data that cannot leave the building.
- What an engagement looks like
- A scoped build against a written specification. Acceptance tests are written with you before the build starts and shipped with the system. It runs on hardware you own, or on single-tenant hardware in our Southfield colocation facility if you prefer.
- What you walk away with
- Working software, the test suite that proves what it does, documentation, and no external dependency you did not choose.
Working together
How engagements run
Most work runs as a recurring onsite day across Metro Detroit: a running punch list, the same engineer every visit, and one phone number that reaches the person who did the work. Project work is scoped in writing and verified the same way.
Where an organization wants board-facing and examiner-facing leadership, budget ownership, vendor strategy, a named technology officer who actually knows the network, we add that layer to the engagement.
Where hosting is part of the answer, workloads run single-tenant in a Tier III colocation facility in Southfield, Michigan, on hardware we own and operate, with documented physical and logical controls an assessor can walk through.
If you have an MSP, you keep them. We define the work, they execute inside their contract where it fits, and we verify the result against device output. Working alongside an incumbent is normal here.
