Inquiry privacy policy
This policy explains how Third Level IT LLC handles information submitted through our managed IT review form.
What we collect and why
We collect your name and email address, plus any company, phone number, service interest, employee range, and notes you choose to provide. We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss your needs, and keep a record of that conversation. Please do not send passwords, financial records, health information, or other sensitive records through this form.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in a private database on our website server, accessible to authorized Third Level IT personnel. Inquiry notifications are also sent to our business email inbox using Microsoft 365. Our hosting and security providers may process data needed to operate and protect the service. Information may also be included in our protected backups. We do not sell inquiry information or use this form to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Campaign information and spam prevention
If you arrive from a campaign link, we may store the campaign identifiers supplied in that link with your inquiry to understand where it came from. We also keep a keyed hash of your IP address temporarily to limit abusive submissions; the form database does not store your raw IP address. Rate-limit records are removed as new submissions arrive after their 24-hour window.
Our managed IT landing and thank-you pages use Google Ads tags to measure advertising performance, including calls to our business phone number and visits to the thank-you page after a form submission. Google may use cookies and process technical information such as your IP address, browser, page URL, and advertising identifiers. The tags are not configured to send the answers you enter in our inquiry form. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. Browser session storage may record a random submission identifier to avoid counting the same successful submission twice. It contains no form answers. Network and security systems may keep technical connection logs separately.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry records while needed for follow-up, our business relationship, or applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us about your information, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting Third Level IT by email at our contact address or (313) 765-0039. We will explain any information we need to retain. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention period ends.
